For the reported incident “Senior Air-Force Cadet requesting the junior to mock the otaku behavior”, Air Force HQ indicated (17th) that sophomore Cadet Huang jeered at a freshmen cadet and filmed the otaku behavior with a smart phone to upload it on Youtube. Yet this was not a bully or mistake in instruction.
HQ addressed that Cadet Huang had been marked with one defect by the “Student Rules” as a result of using smart phone. The issues of IT education and disciplinary requirement would be raised to prevent such from happening again.
